Kashmir Solidarity Day Seminar Highlights | GIU
Green International University observed Kashmir Solidarity Day on 12th February 2024 with a seminar titled “Kashmir Conflict in Historical Perspective”, expressing support for the people of Kashmir and reinforcing the message of unity and solidarity.
The seminar featured Dr. Ali Sajid (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, PhD, George Washington University, USA) as the guest speaker, who delivered an insightful talk on the historical and political aspects of the Kashmir conflict. The event was honored by Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Gilani, Rector GIU, along with Vice Principal Dr. Mohsin Ali Cheema and Dr. Fahad Tanveer, HOD Rehabilitation Sciences, who served as guests of honor.
At the conclusion of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Gilani presented a souvenir to Dr. Ali Sajid and extended a note of thanks for his valuable contribution. The event was followed by a walk for Kashmir Solidarity Day, demonstrating the university community’s support and commitment to the cause of Kashmir.
