Green International University proudly celebrated its 1st Convocation Ceremony 2026, marking a historic milestone in the university’s journey of academic excellence and achievement.
The prestigious ceremony was graced by Governor of Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, Patron of GIU, who attended as the Chief Guest. He was warmly welcomed by Patron-in-Chief, Madina Foundation, Mian Muhammad Hanif (SI).
The occasion was further honored by the presence of Chairman Board of Governors, Muhammad Haider Amin, along with Chairman Board of Governors, Dr. Muhammad Hamza Amin, who delivered a visionary address highlighting the university’s progress and future aspirations. Member Board of Governors, Dr. Muhammad Abu Bakar, also graced the ceremony with his distinguished presence.
The Rector, Prof. Dr. Mubashir, along with the Pro-Rector, addressed the gathering and reaffirmed GIU’s unwavering commitment to excellence in education, innovation, and research.
During this landmark event, over 200 graduates were conferred degrees in various disciplines. Among them, 22 outstanding students were awarded medals in recognition of their exceptional academic performance.
The ceremony concluded with pride, celebration, and renewed determination to continue fostering academic distinction and leadership.
