A Day of Crucial Awareness: Drug Abuse Prevention at GIU

The Department of Pharmacy, Green International University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Narcotics Control, successfully organized a Drug Abuse Awareness Session on 02-10-2025

This impactful event aimed to educate students and faculty about the growing threat of drug abuse and the collective responsibility we all share in addressing it. The session served as a crucial platform for dialogue, awareness, and proactive strategies against this pressing societal issue.

We were deeply honored to welcome our Chief Guest, Commander Brigadier Sikandar Hayyat Chaudhary, Regional Director of the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Punjab. His presence added immense value to the event, and his powerful address emphasized the importance of education, awareness, and unified community efforts in the fight against drug addiction.
