Nursing Competencies of Research Projects Workshop | GIU


The School of Nursing at Green International University has partnered with Ali Fatima Hospital to launch a collaborative program aimed at elevating the expertise of nursing staff and students.

This initiative has received strong support from Muhammad Haider Amin, Worthy Chairman Board of Governors, Prof. Dr. Amir Gilani, Honorable Rector GIU, and Dr. Dimple Mustafa, Medical Superintendent of Ali Fatima Hospital.

As part of the program, 8th-semester nursing students—guided by Ms. Hajra Sarwar (Associate Professor & Principal) and Ms. Alina Hameed (Assistant Professor & Coordinator)—participated in hands-on activities designed to sharpen essential nursing skills. Faculty members from GIU also actively contributed to the training sessions.

The event highlighted the vital role of the nursing profession in shaping the future of healthcare. Notable contributions were made by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal (Director QEC, GIU), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sajid (HoD Public Health, GIU), and Madam Samina (Nursing Superintendent, Ali Fatima Hospital), alongside other faculty members, ensuring the program’s success.
