The Faculty of Law at Green International University successfully concluded the International Conference on Mediation, organized under the esteemed platform of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific. The conference was held as part of the 12th Edition of the UNCITRAL Asia Pacific Days (AP Days) Flagship Series, a globally recognized forum promoting harmonization and modernization of international trade law.
The conference brought together distinguished scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and academics from around the world to deliberate on the growing importance of mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in strengthening international commercial law frameworks across the Asia-Pacific region. The discussions highlighted emerging trends, cross-border enforcement challenges, and the evolving role of mediation in international trade and investment disputes.
