Green International University share sports facilities, free of cost, with the local community, that is, with local schools as well as with the general public.
The University actively welcomes local schools, colleges and the general public to use its grounds and sports infrastructure, ensuring that community members have access to safe, well-maintained and inclusive spaces for exercise and recreational activities. All facilities are managed under a structured SOP’s that encourages participation, strengthens community bonds and supports healthy lifestyles.
During 2024, GIU enhanced its sports-sharing initiatives by hosting multiple school sports festivals, community sports leagues and youth engagement events on campus. Dedicated time slots were allocated for community access, allowing students, families and neighborhood groups to enjoy open play hours
Glimpses of Sustainability Efforts – 2024
A beautiful glimpse of sports event in which students from schools & colleges and local community youngsters were invited to the University campus, without any charges, for sports (both indoor and outdoor) and other recreational activities. Uniforms were provided by the University free of cost to the participants.
