GIU Law & Moot Society Hosts Litigation Workshop
The GIU Law & Moot Society organized an insightful workshop exploring the multifaceted world of legal litigation, with a special focus on criminal, civil, and family law.
The session’s highlight was the expertise shared by Muhammad Abdullah Malik, a distinguished corporate law specialist, tax consultant, and advocate at the High Court. His practical insights into taxation litigation dynamics and drafting techniques provided students with valuable real-world legal knowledge.
It was truly inspiring to see students engage directly with such seasoned professionals, gaining a deeper understanding of legal practices beyond the classroom.
We extend heartfelt thanks to our respected and honorable special guest Mr. Muhammad Afzal (Executive Director, Academic and Institutional Performance) for his gracious words of appreciation to the speakers and panelists, which sparked inspiration among the students.
At the conclusion, Mr. Muhammad Afzal presented a souvenir of appreciation to Mr. Malik, honoring his contributions and the efforts of the GIU Law & Moot Society.
Special thanks to Ms. Syeda Fatima Tahira Gilani (Head, Office of Student Affairs) for her presence and kind expressions, and to Ms. Iqra Ramzan (Acting HoD, Department of Law) for her invaluable encouragement in rallying strong student participation.
