Rector of Green International University Attends WFUMB Conference

Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Gilani, Rector of Green International University, Lahore, attended the World Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB) Conference held in Muscat, Oman, from 4th to 7th November 2023. He was invited to deliver a state-of-the-art lecture on “An Overview of Ultrasound of Peripheral Nerves,” showcasing his expertise on an international platform.

Representing Pakistan at this prestigious conference, which was attended by over 400 experts from 34 countries, Prof. Dr. Gilani also signed several Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and presented souvenirs of Green International University to prominent international leaders, including:

  • President of Oman Society of Ultrasound in Medicine

  • Prof. Eva Bartel, President of European Federation of Neurosonography

  • Felipe Carneiro, President of MSK Society of Brazil

This event reflects Green International University’s commitment to advancing medical knowledge, fostering international collaboration, and strengthening Pakistan’s presence in global medical research.
