14 August Independence Day
A function was organized at The Green International University on the occasion of Independence Day.
Rector The Green International University Prof Dr. Khaliq-ur-Rahman, Principal Abu Amara Medical and Dental College Dr. Tariq Bhatti, Vice Principal Abu Amara Medical and Dental College Dr. Mohsin Ali Cheema, Dr. Ashfaq Ali Fatima Hospital and other faculty members and students participated in the flag hoisting ceremony. attended,
The Independence Day ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Dua was offered for the safety of the country and the nation. White and green balloons were also released in the air.
Speaking on this occasion, Rector of The Green International University Dr. Khaliq-ur-Rehman said that education is very important and our mission is to provide quality education and the enable students to contribute in the prosperity of Pakistan.
The students talking said that our university always shows us how important our country is to us through co-curricular activities.
At the end of the ceremony, plantations were also done to keep the country green
